Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. We configure Sarah for your restaurant, menu upload, call flow, and WhatsApp notifications at no additional cost. Plans start from £149 per month, and that is all you pay.
Can I change my plan after I sign up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my monthly order limit?
We will let you know before you reach your limit. You will have the option to upgrade your plan or continue on your current plan. We will not cut Sarah off mid-service.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contract. No minimum term. All plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no notice period required.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No, your customers keep calling the same number they always have. Callopa uses call forwarding, which takes about 30 seconds to set up on any UK phone provider.
How do I receive the orders?
Every completed order is sent directly to your WhatsApp within seconds. The message includes the customer’s name, the full order breakdown, and the order total from your menu. No new app. No new hardware.
