For urgent out-of-hours account issues, email hello@callopa.com and we will respond the next business morning. Enterprise clients have access to priority support.
I run multiple restaurants — can Callopa handle that?
Yes, multi-location support is available on the Professional (£499/month) and Enterprise (£899/month) plans. Tell us how many sites you operate when you get in touch, and we will walk you through the right setup.
Where is Callopa based?
Callopa is headquartered in Birmingham, UK, the largest South Asian restaurant community and our primary market. We serve independent restaurants across Birmingham, Bradford, London, Manchester, Leeds, Leicester, and beyond.
What information do I need to get started?
Very little. Your restaurant name, phone number, and a copy of your menu, in any format (PDF, photo, or typed list). We handle the configuration. You will be live in under 10 minutes.
I already have a phone system — will Callopa work with it?
Yes, Callopa uses simple call forwarding, which works with any UK phone number and any provider. You do not need to change your number or your existing setup. Call forwarding takes about 30 seconds to activate.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. No minimum term. Plans start from £149 per month with no setup fee. You can cancel at any time. Book a free demo first; you should be fully confident Callopa works for your restaurant before you commit to anything.
